The World chief Muslim leader of the Ahamadiyya Community , Mirza Masroor Ahmad Khalifatul Masih V , has called on Ahmadeyya Muslims in Tanzania and around the world to participate fully in Jalsalana to improve their Taqwa standards.
The leader's message was delivered by Shekh Tahir Mahmood Chaudhry Amir and the Chief Observer of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community of Tanzania as he spoke to reporters about the 52nd Annual General Conference to be held from 29th September to 1-2023.
The meeting will be held at the popular Ahmadiyya Centre in Kitonga Msongola in Dar es Salaam.
He said participating in the meeting would help them to increase their standards of decency, the true fear of Allah and the ultimate goal should be to obtain the pleasure of Allah.
In addition, the Secretary-General of the Community, Deputy Amir of Ahmadiyya Tanzania, Abdulrahman Mohamed Ame, delivering the message of Shekh Tahir Mahmood Chaudhry Amir, and the chief rabbi of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community of Tanzania, said the faithful would have the opportunity to listen to the speeches of the experts of the Community.
He said the Community has invited the Vice President of the United Republic of Tanzania Dr Philip Mpango as an official guest at the conference.
Among the topics to be discussed at the Annual General Meeting (Jalsa salana) are the best way to raise children, including caring for their religious education and , secularism, striving to be good citizens by living in peace with all people and being obedient to the laws of the Country.
"The believers will also be reminded of the importance of avoiding mixing religion and politics as this creates confusion and creates a loophole for either politicians to abuse religion or religious people to misuse politics for their own personal gain," he said.
A total of 5,000-6000 participants from across the country are expected to attend the conference, as well as participants from Kenya, Uganda and Ghana are expected to attend.
On his part the head Amir of Ahmadiyya Muslim Community in Ghana, Mohamed bin Salih has asked Tanzanians to follow this meeting and understand Ahmadiyya Community, Ahmadiyya is a philosophy that is most needed today in the world, Ahmadiyya teaches religion in the true sense that man must use his mind to ponder why he or her is here on Earth and what exactly is religion.
"This year's Jalsa theme, the true Tawheed cannot be stand without caliphate."
