Women should work with honesty and integrity.

In celebration of International Women's Day, women have been asked to work hard and faithfully so that they can be recognized in society.
This was stated by the Chairperson of the Tanzania Trade Union Congress of Tanzania(TUCTA) committee, Ms. Rehema Ludanga, as she spoke at a conference ahead of the International Women's Day celebrations in Dar es Salaam.
She said that a woman does many things, but it has been unrecognizable and insists that the person responsible for identifying them is the woman herself.
"Our importance and our value will be recognized if we work with honesty, integrity, effort and values that we show will identify our value," She said.
She also said that women in various positions in the government have increased and commended them for continuing to serve their positions, naming the President of the United Republic of Tanzania Samia Suluhu Hassan, Dr. Tulia Akson, Speaker of the National Assembly of Tanzania and Minister of Defence Stagomena Tax, as having been an excellent example.
For her part, the Secretary of the Tanzania Trade Union (TUCTA) women's committee, Asha Salum Moto, has called on women to be faithful to marriage and their families in order to cope with the wave of sexual jealousy facing the nation.
"Let us believe in our husbands, if you are faithful to your husband, there will be no women to be stabbed because of sexual jealousy."
She also urged them to support President Samia in the Population and Housing Census by encouraging them to be the front-runner to be counted.
"If women are going to hide, if they don't give up on the census is not successful, we rely on you as ambassadors, to encourage us at home and at work," she said.
International Women's Day began with the aim of remembering women factory workers who died in a room by fire, claiming their rights inUnited states of America in 1857.
